Czech Terrier (Cesky Terrier | Bohemian Terrier), also known as Bohemian Terrier, is native to the Czech Republic and Slovakia. It is a small terrier dog whose shape is very similar to a Schnauzer. In the United States, it is a very popular companion dog.
The Czech Terrier originated in the 1940s. It was bred by Dr. Halak, a well-known expert in Scottish Terrier and Sealyham Terrier breeding and a Czech and Slovak geneticist.
